Race 5 of the 2022/23 series takes place at Ramsey on Sunday 5th February. Juniors start at 10:15 am

Venue :- Abbey Leisure Centre - Ramsey

Race 5 Junior Course

As those who have run at Ramsey before will know this is mixed terrain i.e. off road and concrete roads, therefore suitable for trails but not spikes.

Due to security fencing around the Leisure Centre and College, parking space is reduced with all vehicles restricted to tarmac areas only so please car share where possible and follow the marshals instructions on the day as we do not want to upset the regular Leisure Centre users. The changing rooms and toilets in One Leisure are being refurbished and not available, but Toilets are available at the College although no changing / shower facilities. We do have use of the Sports Hall at One Leisure where you can meet up before and after the race.

Refreshments will be available and provided by T & R Snacks for a cuppa and a Burger. Please give them your support.
